Andrea Kaper (Owner)
Andrea Kaper brings nearly three decades of comprehensive real estate experience to every client she serves. Having entered the industry in 1997 at just 16 years old as a Realtor’s assistant, Andrea has since worked in nearly every facet of the business — from operations and leadership to sales and mentorship — giving her a rare, full-spectrum understanding of the real estate process. By age 32, she was serving as a Regional Operations Manager, further sharpening her strategic and operational expertise.
After relocating from Michigan to Columbus, Andrea joined Keller Williams in 2007 and earned her Ohio real estate license in 2013. She has become a respected leader and mentor throughout Central Ohio, including founding the Keller Williams Young Professionals (KWYP) Chapter of Columbus and serving as its President — a testament to her passion for developing talent and strengthening the industry.

Fawn decided to become a real estate professional, after purchasing her first home. She made it her goal to help others have a positive home buying and selling experience. Stacy Tackett
Not only does Stacy hustle the real estate game in Ohio, she's also licensed to sell in Florida! Stacy chose to partner with New Nest + Co Group for her real estate endeavors in Columbus Ohio. Since starting her real estate career in Florida back in 2015, she has developed a deep passion for the industry. Working with an incredible brokerage that guided her, supported her and pushed her to grow has made being a full-time realtor an easy decision. Stacy believes there's nothing more fulfilling than helping people find their dream homes and assisting sellers in achieving their goals.
Building strong relationships with her clients, who often become lifelong friends, has been her driving force to become the best realtor she can be. Stacy enjoys the continuous learning and growth opportunities that real estate offers.
