Andrea Kaper (Owner)
Having been in the Real Estate industry since 1997, Andrea has worked in nearly every aspect of the business. Ranging from a Realtor's assistant at the age of 16 to the Regional Operations Manager at the age of 32, she has truly touched every aspect of the industry.
Andrea joined forces with Keller Williams in 2007 after relocating from Michigan to Columbus and obtained her sales license in 2013. She has served as a leader and a mentor to new associates throughout Central Ohio. She launched the Keller Williams Young Professionals Chapter of Columbus and became KWYP President.
Co-Founding their latest venture, New Nest & Co. Group, Andrea is passionate to help develop the brand and the agents on the team to take things to a whole new level.
She loves working with clients and building great friendships through the process. Andrea will treat all clients as if their home were hers and will work hard to do an amazing job that will happily lead to repeat and referral business!
Fawn Christy
Fawn decided to become a real estate professional, after purchasing her first home. She made it her goal to help others have a positive home buying and selling experience. From that first purchase she understood that buying and selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That is why she provides an exceptional and personalized service for all her clients.
Fawn takes great pride in the relationships she builds and always works relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. Her philosophy is simple: home buying and selling is an adventure. She want to be your tour guide on that adventure and thrive in all new adventures in life including the home buying or selling experience.

Stacy Tackett
Not only does Stacy hustle the real estate game in Ohio, she's also licensed to sell in Florida! Stacy chose to partner with New Nest + Co Group for her real estate endeavors in Ohio. Since starting her real estate career in Florida back in 2015, she has developed a deep passion for the industry. Working with an incredible brokerage that guided her, supported her and pushed her to grow has made being a full-time realtor an easy decision. Stacy believes there's nothing more fulfilling than helping people find their dream homes and assisting sellers in achieving their goals.
Building strong relationships with her clients, who often become lifelong friends, has been her driving force to become the best realtor she can be. Stacy enjoys the continuous learning and growth opportunities that real estate offers. It allows her to give back to the community, and with every closing, she make a donation to a local animal shelter.
